• Game Progress: Character data, experience points, levels, and statistics
• Inventory: Items, equipment, and crafted goods
• Achievements: Unlocked achievements and milestones
• Game State: Current location, active quests, and gameplay status
• Account Information: User identifiers necessary for data retrieval (no personally identifiable information required)

Supabase is a third-party database service provider. Your game data is stored securely on Supabase servers. Please review Supabase's Privacy Policy for information about their data practices.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data exclusively for the following purposes:

• Game Functionality: Saving and loading your game progress across devices and sessions
• Service Provision: Maintaining game state, inventory, and character progression
• User Experience: Providing a seamless gaming experience

We do NOT:

• Sell your data to third parties
• Trade or share your data for marketing purposes
• Use your data for advertising
• Track your browsing activity outside this game
• Collect personally identifiable information beyond what's necessary for gameplay

We do NOT use:

• Any other third parties for commercial purposes

5. Your Privacy Rights

We recognize privacy rights under GDPR, CCPA, and similar privacy laws. However, this is a free browser game without formal data request mechanisms. Here's what you can do:

Your Data:

Your game data is stored in Supabase under your account. You control your gameplay data by playing the game.

Deletion:

To delete your data, simply stop playing the game and clear your browser's local storage. Your inactive account data in Supabase will be retained but not accessible without your local authentication tokens.

Opt-Out:

You can decline cookies when prompted. Note that declining may prevent the game from functioning properly.

Note: This is a hobby project without formal customer support or data request processing. By using this game, you acknowledge these limitations.

6. California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident:

• We do NOT sell personal information and have NOT sold personal information in the past 12 months
• We do NOT share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
• Your game data is used solely for gameplay functionality

As this is a free hobby game, we do not have formal processes for CCPA requests, but we honor the spirit of CCPA by not selling or misusing your data.

7. European Residents (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, or Switzerland:

8. Other State Privacy Laws

We respect privacy laws in Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), and other states. While we don't have formal request procedures, we comply with the core principles: we don't sell your data, don't use it for advertising, and only collect what's necessary for gameplay.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data:

• Secure HTTPS connections for data transmission
• Authentication and access controls via Supabase
• Encrypted data storage through Supabase infrastructure
• Regular security updates and monitoring

Note: No system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but take reasonable precautions.

10. Data Retention

Your game data remains in the Supabase database indefinitely. Since there's no formal account system, your data is tied to your browser's authentication tokens. If you clear your browser data or stop playing, your game data becomes inaccessible to you but remains in the database.

This is typical for hobby game projects without formal account management systems.

11. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

This game does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We recommend parental supervision for young players. The game only collects gameplay data necessary for the game to function (character stats, inventory, etc.) and does not request names, emails, or other personal identifiers.

12. Do Not Track Signals

We do not track users across third-party websites. We honor Do Not Track (DNT) signals as we do not track users for advertising or analytics purposes.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date
• Significant changes will be communicated through the game interface
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

14. Contact and Limitations

This is a free, non-commercial hobby game project. While we respect privacy laws and handle your data responsibly:

• We do not have formal customer support channels
• We do not have formal data request processing systems
• You can manage your data by clearing browser storage (local tokens) or stopping gameplay

By using this game, you acknowledge these limitations and agree that this is provided as-is for entertainment purposes.
