  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number
  5. A statement consenting to jurisdiction of federal court in your district (or any judicial district if outside the US)
  6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the original complainant

Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we may disable or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

AI-Generated Content Notice

Much of the music on EZTunes.XYZ is generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive to ensure AI-generated content does not infringe on existing works, if you believe an AI-generated track too closely resembles your copyrighted work, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.

Good Faith

We act in good faith to respond to clear notices of alleged infringement. Misrepresentations in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in liability for damages.
